What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. The refund amount will be the amount you paid for the item less the return shipping fee of $8.95. Please refer to our full policy here

How do I clean my desk mat?

For everyday messes, spot clean with warm, soapy water.

For a good clean and to deal with stubborn stains, spray with stain remover before putting your mat in the washing machine. Gentle machine wash on its own with a slow spin cycle.

After washing, lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.

For ink stains, use alcohol (hand sanitiser works well). Apply to the stain and gently dab with tissues or paper towel until the ink lifts.

I'm allergic to latex. Will I be able to use the mat?

Unfortunately, our desk mats are not suitable for you. The base is natural rubber and we've had customers with latex allergies that have had issues with them in the past. Sorry!

How is a large mouse mat different to a gamer mat?

All the desk mats on the website are the same size - 80x30cm. The different terminologies are used for our mats interchangeably.

Can you write on paper on the mats?

You can't write on one sheet of paper, they are too soft and your pen will emboss your writing on the other side. You can write on 2 sheets if you're careful. More than 2 sheets and you're fine to write as usual.
