If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. The refund amount will be the amount you paid for the item not any shipping paid.
For exchanges, you'll need to contribute $8.95 for shipping the new mat. We'll cover the cost of returning the item to us.

We will aim to keep our usual dispatch timeframe of 1 to 3 days. We lodge parcels in the morning, so you'll receive your shipping notification with tracking the day before it is physically lodged. Given increased sales volumes, there might be slight delays in dispatch but we should catch up on weekends when we have more helpers.

The packing slip is important for gifts as it will have the recipient's details as well as the purchaser's, so the person receiving your gift will know that it's from you.
For everyday messes, spot clean with warm, soapy water.
For a good clean and to deal with stubborn stains, spray with stain remover before putting your mat in the washing machine. Gentle machine wash on its own with a slow spin cycle.
After washing, lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
For ink stains, use alcohol (hand sanitiser works well). Apply to the stain and gently dab with tissues or paper towel until the ink lifts.
Unfortunately, our desk mats are not suitable for you. The base is natural rubber and we've had customers with latex allergies that have had issues with them in the past. Sorry!
All the desk mats on the website are the same size - 80x30cm. The different terminologies are used for our mats interchangeably.
You can't write on one sheet of paper, they are too soft and your pen will emboss your writing on the other side. You can write on 2 sheets if you're careful. More than 2 sheets and you're fine to write as usual.
Sometimes the mats can arrive a bit on the smelly side. I don't know if they've been trapped in the bag for too long in transit or what actually happens, but if it happens to you, please put the mat outside for a few hours. If it's in the sun, it speeds up the process. If it persists, please get in touch.
